The Main Dashboard
After logging in to the Route2 platform, the Fleet manager should have access to the most important information that will allow him to quickly understand the current situation and take the necessary actions.
The main dashboard is divided into 3 sections: yesterday, today, next 3 days
Yesterday
The section summarizes yesterday's efficiency in carrying out yesterday's transport tasks. All values in the charts are linked to the list of relevant orders.
Today
The section provides information about the current status of vehicles, orders and assignments.
Order:
- Scheduled - the total number of orders assigned to routes confirmed for today (regardless of the current implementation status)
- To assign - new unassigned orders to be processed today
Routes:
- delayed - with exceeded ETA - the number of vehicles currently carrying out assigned tasks, with the next stop's ETA exceeded by more than 30 minutes
Vehicles:
- with service problems - number of vehicles with service alerts
Next 3 days
The table will present orders and assignments scheduled for the next 3 days
